# Overview

> An overview of voice options and capabilities in BeyondWords.

## Overview

BeyondWords works with ElevenLabs to bring you best-in-class [premade voices](/docs-and-guides/voices/premade-voices), as well as [voice cloning](/docs-and-guides/voices/voice-cloning) and [voice generation](/docs-and-guides/voices/voice-generation) capabilities. This makes it easy to create hyper-realistic narration that aligns with your brand.

Each [project](/docs-and-guides/administration/projects) can have a default voice for titles, body content, and <Tooltip tip="Audio or video generated from a script, as opposed to an article." headline="Summary">summaries</Tooltip>. You can change the voice associated with any <Tooltip tip="A block of content within an article or script, such as a paragraph or title." headline="Segment">segment</Tooltip> by using the [Editor](/docs-and-guides/content/editor) or [API](/docs-and-guides/integrations/api).

## Voice options

* [Premade voices](/docs-and-guides/voices/premade-voices): Choose a ready-to-use voice from the ElevenLabs library. Many languages offer a range of accents, genders, and styles. Best for high-quality results with minimal setup.
* [Voice cloning](https://docs.beyondwords.io/docs-and-guides/voices/voice-cloning): Use Instant or Professional voice cloning to create a voice based on a real speaker. Best for generating audio with recognizable voices or specific regional accents.
* [Voice generation](/docs-and-guides/voices/voice-generation): Create a custom voice from a text prompt. Best for creating a unique voice without the need for recordings or approvals.

## Voice models

BeyondWords supports three ElevenLabs voice models: v3, Multilingual v2, and Flash v2.5. The model determines how a voice sounds and behaves, shaping aspects like tone, pacing, and overall naturalness.

Each model supports different languages and voice options:

| Model           | Description                                                                                    | Supported languages                                                                           | Voice options                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   |

All voices are multilingual, meaning they can speak any language supported by the selected [voice model](https://docs.beyondwords.io/docs-and-guides/voices/introduction#voice-models). However, voices tend to perform best when used with their native language and accent.

## FAQs

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="How do I choose the right voice?">
