Check status

Check whether your audio is ready to be distributed.

You can check the status of your BeyondWords audio in the 'Content (Audios)' section of your project dashboard. Simply refer to or hover on the colored icon on the left-hand side:

• Processed: The audio has been created or uploaded. You can hover on the green icon to play the audio.

• Processing: Your audio is being created, uploaded, or reprocessed. This usually takes a few minutes.

• Skipped: Your content has not been processed into audio because you do not have enough characters available. You can regenerate the audio when characters are available.

• Draft: This is a draft in the TTS Editor. Select '⋮' then 'Edit text' to continue working on your draft.

• Error: Something went wrong. Please try regenerating the audio and contact [email protected] if you need further help.

​WordPress plugin users can also check the status of an audio via the BeyondWords section of the Page/Post Settings Sidebar, as well as the dedicated BeyondWords sidebar.
