Organizations

An Organization is the highest-level entity in BeyondWords. Your account belongs to an Organization, and within it, you can create andmanage multiple Projects. Organizations are typically set up at the company level, allowing teams to collaborate and manage audio content across different publications or categories.

Projects

A Project is your AI audio CMS. Within a Project, you can manage CMS integrations, voice settings, audio articles, player settings, playlists, and podcast feeds. You can also track engagement with analytics, set up native ads, or connect to an ad server. This structure makes it easy to manage audio across different brands, topics, or content streams.

Each Project is organized into the following sections:

• Content - Create, edit, and manage your audio articles.
• Distribution - Publish your audio articles through players, playlists, and podcast feeds
• Analytics - Track your audio performance and engagement metrics.
• Monetization - Create and manage direct ads or connect to your ad server.
• Settings - Connect your CMS and manage your project members.

Articles

An Article is a single item of AI-generated audio content, typically mapped 1:1 with your written articles.

Within each Project, you can create audio articles using the Editor, Magic Embed, API, or a CMS integration. Audio articles will be generated using the project’s default voice, unless a different one is specified.

Articles are structured into segments, which correspond to paragraphs and other elements. Each segment can have its own language and voice settings, allowing for greater control over narration.

Voices

We offer Premade and Custom voices.

• Premade voices are a selection of high-quality AI voices available for immediate use.
• Custom voices are voice clones based on your own Speakers. There are two types:
  • Instant voice cloning creates a voice clone from as little as 5 seconds of audio.
  • Professional voice cloning trains a hyper-realistic voice clone from as few as five article narrations.

By default, both Premade and Custom voices are available across all Projects. However, with Custom voices, you can control which Projects have access to them (coming soon).

Members

Each Organization can have multiple Members. You can invite team members and control which Projects they can access.

Roles and permissions are managed at the Organization level, ensuring structured access control across Projects.
