Credits are the unit of measurement for audio and video generation on BeyondWords. Your monthly credit allowance depends on your plan. Credits are shared between all projects in your organization. You can see your remaining balance in the bottom-left corner of any project dashboard.
Credits apply to the Standard and latest Enterprise plans. If your organization is on a legacy plan, your usage may be measured differently. Contact support@beyondwords.io for details.

Plans

Standard

The Standard plan includes 2,000,000 credits per month. If you exceed your included credits, pay-as-you-go overage is available so that media generation can continue uninterrupted.

Enterprise

The Enterprise plan is tailored to your organization’s needs and may include a credit commitment. Pay-as-you-go overage is also available beyond your committed allowance.

Rollover policy

Unused credits roll over for up to two months, as long as you do not downgrade or cancel your plan. Deleting audio or video does not restore credits. Your monthly quota renews at the start of each billing month.

Regeneration costs

When you update your content, BeyondWords only regenerates segments that have changed, and you’re only charged credits for regenerated segments.

Overage

Both the Standard and Enterprise plans support pay-as-you-go overage. You can enable overage and set an overage limit in the Organization > Subscription > Overage section of your dashboard.
  • If overage is enabled, media generation will continue after your monthly credit allowance is reached, until the overage limit (if set) is reached. Overage is charged per 1,000 credits, with rates based on your total usage for the billing period.
  • If overage is disabled, media generation will stop once your monthly credit allowance is reached and you will not incur any additional charges. Please note that skipped audio or video will not automatically generate when your credits reset.
