You can contact the BeyondWords support team via live chat in the dashboard:
  1. Click Support in the bottom-left corner
  2. Click Start new chat
  3. Enter your message

Slack

Standard and Enterprise plans include access to a dedicated Slack support channel. This gives your team direct access to BeyondWords support for faster responses, ongoing conversations, and real-time collaboration. If your plan includes Slack support, your team will be invited to a shared channel during onboarding. We aim to respond within 1 business day.
