Learn how to proof-listen your BeyondWords audio and fix any issues.
This guide explains how to review your BeyondWords audio so you can check for any issues before distributing. This process can be referred to as 'proof-listening'.
You will use the 'Pending review' feature (🔒
Pro and Enterprise plans only
).
Set up 'Pending review'
To get started, you will need to enable 'Pending review' (🔒
Pro and Enterprise plans only
):
1.
Go to the 'Settings' section of your project dashboard
2.
Scroll to 'Pending review' and switch the toggle to 'Enabled'
3.
Scroll down and select 'Save changes'

Processed
audio will now go into an
unpublished
state by default. This means that you can perfect your audio before anyone else hears it.
Workflow
1.
Create your audio like usual
2.
Once
processed
,
download your audio
so that you can listen to it
3.
Make any necessary changes by
editing your audio
,
adding a custom text-to-speech rule
, or
reporting a voice issue
, then wait for your audio to reprocess
4.
Repeat steps 2 and 3 as necessary
5.
Once you are ready to distribute, hover on the audio and select the 'â‹®' (Other actions) icon
6.
Select 'Publish audio' — your audio will now be
published
(available for distribution)
