Disable automatic publishing
Learn how to disable automatic publishing so you can review audio before it is distributed.
If you would like processed audio to go into an unpublished state by default, you will need to disable automatic publishing. This allows you to review audio before it is automatically distributed.
🔒 This feature is available on Pro and Enterprise plans only.
- 1.Go to the 'Settings' section of your project dashboard
- 2.Scroll to 'Automatic publishing' and switch the toggle to 'Disabled'
- 3.Scroll down and select 'Save changes'
Processed audio will now go into an unpublished state by default. You will need to manually publish the audio once you are ready to distribute it. See the workflow below.
- 1.Create your audio like usual
- 2.
- 3.Make any necessary changes by editing your audio, adding a custom text-to-speech rule, or reporting a voice issue, then wait for your audio to reprocess
- 4.Repeat steps 2 and 3 as necessary
- 5.Once you are ready to distribute, hover on the audio and select the '⋮' ('Other actions') icon
- 6.
You can rely on BeyondWords to deliver accurate text-to-speech because we use advanced AI voices and natural language processing algorithms.
As a result, most of our publishers use automatic publishing.
However, we cannot guarantee that your audio will be free of errors. There is also the chance of an issue at your end — for example, a typo in the source text. So, if you want to ensure that your audio sounds perfect, we recommend that you disable automatic publishing.
