Change or view billing details

Change your payment details or view your invoices.
This guide explains how to change or view the billing details associated with your BeyondWords account.
Only the admin (main account holder) can change payment details. Members cannot.

    Select your profile in the top-right, then 'Settings'

    Select 'Billing'
  3. 4.
    You will be redirected to Stripe, where you can:
    • View your current plan
    • View and change your payment method
    • View and change your billing information
    • View your invoice history

FAQs

When will I be charged?
Your payment method will be charged at the time that your plan is created and every calendar month or year thereafter, depending whether you chose monthly or annual billing.
If your paid plan began on the 29th, 30th, or 31st, payment will be taken on the previous available date in any shorter billing months.
What happens if my payment fails?
If your payment fails, the system will repeat attempts to take payment. If unsuccessful after one week, your subscription will be cancelled.
