Invite members

Invite other people to collaborate on your BeyondWords projects.
The account holder (admin) can invite other people (members) to collaborate with them on BeyondWords. Members have their own logins and the same permissions, except they cannot update payment details.

    Select your profile in the top-right, then 'Settings'

    Go to the 'Members' section
  3. 4.
    Select 'Invite new members'
  4. 5.
    Enter the name and email address of the person you would like to invite (this will be the email address they sign in with)
  5. 6.
    Select 'Send invite'
We will send an email invite to the email address provided. The member's status will be classed as 'Pending'.
To become a member, the recipient will need to click the link within the email and follow the instructions.
Pro users can have up to 5 members at any one time. Enterprise users have a custom member limit.
How do I remove a member?

    Sign into your BeyondWords account
  2. 2.
    Select your profile in the top-right, then 'Settings'
  3. 3.
    Go to the 'Members' section
  4. 4.
    Select '⋮' next to the member you would like to remove
  5. 5.
    Select 'Remove'
How do I update a member's details?
If you need to edit a member's details, it's best to remove the member and then re-invite them.
I want to invite someone who already has a BeyondWords account
It is not possible to access more than one BeyondWords account from the same email address. We recommend that the user uses different email addresses or contacts us to have their existing account deleted.
